We appreciate you spreading the word about us.  By participating in our Refer a ONE program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. As part of our referral program, you will receive three months of free monthly fees for each new agent you refer to our brokerage that joins. The free monthly fees will start from the first full month that the referred agent is an active agent at Realty ONE Group Flagship. The referred agent must remain at our brokerage for the entire three-month period. Should the referred agent leave during this time for any reason, any remaining months will be forfeited.

2. In order to be eligible to receive the free monthly fees, the online referral form must be completed before the agent makes initial contact with the brokerage. 

3. The Refer a ONE program is open to all current agents of Realty ONE Group Flagship and for agents referred to the Realty ONE Group Flagship office only.

4. Teams become eligible to participate in the Refer a ONE program after being onboard for 90 days.

5.  If more than one agent is referred at a time eligible free months will be accumulated and credited consecutively.

6. Lifetime of free monthly fees only applies to the Office that received the referrals and are not transferable to other ROG offices and terminate once you leave the brokerage.  Agent must remain in good standing with all applicable governing bodies and the brokerage or the brokerage reserves the right to terminate the free fees.

6. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without notice. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms.
